PAYMENT METHOD

Once creation of a cushion has been agreed, a pro forma invoice will be sent to you by email. It will provide details of the final design of the cushion. Customers should check the details carefully.

Payment should be made by cheque or BACS, details for which will be on the invoice. 

Once payment has been received work on the cushion will begin straight away.

DELIVERY

 We guarantee delivery of all cushions within 21days of confirmation of the design and payment but we aim to get your goods to you as soon as we possibly can and usually within 14 days - sooner if there is a special occasion!

Your cushions will be sent by Royal Mail to al UK addresses wherever possible - so your usual postman  - though a signature will be required on receipt. 

If you would like us to send your package by Guaranteed Next Day delivery or to anywhere other than mainland UK, then delivery will be charged at cost. Please contact us for a quotation on 07811262859 or email info@bluecuckoo.co.uk

NB  for international orders outside the EU, the recipient, not Bluecuckoo, is responsible for paying customs duty and taxes prevailing in their own country.

RETURN POLICY

I am  happy to refund or exchange your purchase if it is damaged or not what you ordered if returned to us within 14 days of purchase.

 

The goods must be returned, unused in their original packaging.

 

Please retain a certificate of posting so that you are insured against loss or damage, should your purchase not make it back to us.

The postage of exchanged items will be charged at cost.
